Sweetest 1940s yellow cotton floral maxi dress! This has a gorgeous and still-vibrant color palette! Metal zipper front with ruffle details at the shoulders, short tulip sleeves, tie at the waist and a tiered maxi hem. Nice sturdy seersucker cotton but like any garment from this era, this dress is delicate and should be worn with care.
