Ah-mazing ‘80s sweater dress done in a deep periwinkle knit. High ruffled neckline, coolest mutton sleeves with banded wrists, slightly fitted waist (would look great with a wide belt, IMO), and flared skirt. Knit has an overall subtle sparkle to it. Zipper closure in the back, fully lined.
