Stunning ‘90s dress done in lush silk with a subtle flocked floral patern and hand beading throughout. The fabric has the most gorgeous subtle sheen to it. Double spaghetti straps with rhinestone details, scoop neckline, curve-hugging bias cut body, and skirt with gorgeous ruffled chiffon panels. Comes with a matching silk shawl/scarf. Zipper closure at the side, fully lined.
