Sexy ‘90s halter dress done in burgundy silk chiffon with an oversized paisley print and intricate hand beading throughout. High halter neckline that has one of my favorite details—twisted spiral beading with fringed tassels, open back, curve-hugging bias cut, and slightly flared ruffle hem. Zipper closure at the side, fully lined.
