Etheral Y2K era dress done in gorgeous pink floral silk with a tie-dye esque effect. Double strap halter-esque neckline, lightly padded bust (removable if desired) with gathering and center cutout, bias cut body with lots of give, and flirty handkerchief hem with chiffon insets. Comes with a matching silk scarf/shawl. Zipper closure at the side, fully lined.
