Gorgeous Y2K era blue floral silk top and skirt set with intricate hand beading. Top has asymmetrical straps with a flouncy chiffon flower at one shoulder and scoop neckline. Skirt is mid length with a bias cut and elastic waist. Pull-on style. Both pieces fully lined.
