Incredible ‘80s black jersey dress by Tarquin Ebker!*More about the designer below. Dress features a wide boat neckline, blouson bodice, ultra low V-cut back, long sleeves with snap wrists, elastic waist, and a fringe hem. Couture-level tailoring! All edges are finished in hand-done scalloped stitching. A really incredible piece!! Fully lined, no closures.

*Not a lot of information exists about Tarquin Ebker but he was known to have worked under the famed designer Charles James as well as Hattie Carnegie. His designs are fairly rare and exquisitely made.
